Return Policy

Mandujano Bootmaker appreciates your business and will gladly accept returns or exchanges of Ready-made products that are unworn, original condition, and undamaged merchandise within 15 days of receiving them, excluding final sale, discounted sale ready made boots and custom-made boots. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Note: When trying on a pair of boots, be sure to step or walk on carpeted smooth surfaces to avoid fair wear and tear. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged only if the soles are unscratched, have no scuffs and are in original condition. Refunds will be credited in the same form of payment used within 10-15 business days after receiving returned items. Please be informed: Debit card refund processing may depend on how your financial institution handles a credit to your account.

Shipping

Mandujano Bootmaker strives to fulfill your needs with our quality handcraftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items excluding final sale or discounted sale ready made boots and custom-made boots within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise price with a 15% restocking fee excluding shipping costs. Unfortunately, Mandujano Bootmaker cannot reimburse any shipping costs incurred at the time of receipt. Merchandise must be returned intact, with original boxes and labels.

Repairs

Mandujano skilled artisans handle repair services. Unfortunately there is no warranty for repair items. A Mandujano Bootmaker defected product, repaired or altered by non-Mandujano Bootmaker, is not eligible for repair under warranty and will be of charge. Repair services consist of full soles, half soles, heel base, heel caps, etc. Please contact our facility for further information.
