Warranty

Mandujano Bootmakers provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on all handcrafted boots from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive wear, misuse, or contact with external objects.

All warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Mandujano craftsmen will repair or replace the product using materials of equal quality.

Due to the specialized construction of Mandujano handcrafted boots, repairs performed by third parties will void the warranty.

Regardless, we stand behind our products and the craftsmanship that goes into every pair of Mandujano boots.
