At Mandujano Custom Boots, every pair is shaped not only by materials and tools—but by the hands of skilled bootmakers who guide the boot through each stage of its creation.
From the first measurement to the final polish, every step of the process involves deliberate, hands-on work designed to ensure the boot forms naturally to the wearer’s foot. Measurements are taken with precision, the last is shaped to mirror the contours of the foot, and each piece of leather is carefully cut, positioned, and stitched by hand.
As the boot begins to take shape, we stretch and form the leather over the last using traditional lasting techniques—carefully applying tension and pressure so the leather molds comfortably to the structure of the foot. This process allows the boot to develop its signature balance of support, flexibility, and durability.
The shaping of the vamp, the stitching of the shaft, the placement of the heel, and the finishing of the sole are all guided by experienced hands that understand how a boot should move, feel, and age over time.
By the time a pair of Mandujano boots is complete, it has passed through dozens of individual hand touches, each one contributing to a boot that is not simply worn—but truly fitted to you. Because a custom boot should do more than look exceptional.

Mandujano proudly works only with Grade A skins, chosen for their beauty, strength, and ability to endure years of wear. When crafting alligator boots, two complete skins are required, and selecting the right pair demands patience and a trained eye.
Much like a fingerprint, every skin carries its own character—making the art of matching hides essential to creating a balanced and beautiful pair.

Heritage
The story of bespoke bootmaker Sir Olegario Mandujano Barajas began more than 36 years ago and now spans three generations of craftsmanship. Built on traditional techniques and a deep respect for the craft, Mandujano Custom Boots has grown into a family legacy defined by precision and quality.
Today, the Mandujano family continues to expand the business together, with the next generation—including their sons and sister Gemma—playing a vital role in carrying the tradition forward.
Their dedication has been formally recognized with Andres Mandujano and Olegario Mandujano II named Texas Master Bootmakers, honoring the skill behind every pair.
